Skanska
Skanska SwedenAB is one of Europe’s leading construction companies with operations worldwide. The company’s HQ is located in Stockholm. In 2013, the company moved its operations in Stockholm to new premises.
The head office is equipped with approximately one hundred conference rooms of varying sizes. Skanska’s ambition was to create an office concept for the future that will support their needs and enterprise development for many years to come. Early in the project, Skanska decided that all conference rooms would be equipped with both standard whiteboards and interactive whiteboard surfaces.
After a time-consuming and thorough evaluation process, Skanska chose to invest in 70 interactive whiteboard walls or varying lengths from Wallrite.
The deal was completed and delivered through Informationsteknik AB, a system integrator and close collaborator of Wallwrite.
Wallrite Interactive Walls were integrated into an advanced solution including the following: a video matrix from AMX, remote access functions and modules, and a server-based booking system, all of which is managed through the use of wireless touch controls. Wallrite Interactive Wall has also been installed in Skanska’s offices in Gothenburg, Malmö and Oslo.
All interactive systems were integrated in a sophisticated solution for video conferences, guest computers, PA-systems, and distributed booking systems. The delivery and installation were a collaboration between Wallrite Scandinavia and a VAR, along with system integrator Informationsteknik.
